ADDITIONAL UPDATE

SECRETARIAT:
-Pre-registration is only up to October 20, 2009.
-Registration after this date is considered walk-in with a registration fee of P 300.00
-Kits and IDs for walk –in registrants will be provided as supplies last
-In order to ensure proper order in the registration on the day of the event, only the area head or his representative is allowed to claim the kits for the pre-registered delegates.
-Walk–in registrants can approach directly the registration table.

FOOD DISTRIBUTION:
-Only one or two representative must claim the meals for each area at the food distribution table to avoid congestion and maintain proper order.
-Food distribution area is situated at the conference venue
-No meal stub no meals. Present your meal stub to the food committee upon claiming your meals.

Schedule of food distribution:
Dinner - 6-8 pm
Breakfast - 6-8 am
Lunch - 11:am

A free water refilling station is provided. Keep your empty bottle for refilling.
Kindly observe cleanliness. Dispose trash/garbage properly. Waste management is everybody’ s concern.

TRANSPORTATION:
-Transportation must be arranged per area.
-Please prepare extra money for tricycle fare from accommodation to the venue and vice versa.

Please take note SFC Metro- Tagbilaran (Corella, Dauis, Panglao, Albur and Tagbilaran) :
- A transpo is arranged at Dao Terminal
- Assembly area - 9:00 am to 10:00 am
- Departure time - 10:00 am sharp
- Fare - 90.00 one way (P 180.00 round trip)

REMINDERS IN ATTENDING THE MASS:
- A mass is scheduled at 6:30 a,m at the Talibon Cathedral
- Please take note that a space in the front is provided for the Singles for Christ.
- We must stay on the seats provided for us.
- Please wear your conference I.D.

During Holy Communion please use the mouth not the hands

No wearing of short pants/purontong
No wearing of saliko/ sleeveless t–shirts
No wearing of sleepers

For Female:
No wearing of maong pants neither slacks
No wearing of shorts, mini-skirt
No wearing of sleeveless, tube, backless, halter, spaghetti strap blouses
No swearing of slippers
